BALLOON CARE

To keep your balloons looking good for as long as possible please follow the steps below:

DO NOT TOUCH WITH OILY/MOISTURIZED HANDS

Keep tiny hands & oily/moisturized hands away from the balloons as they are not built to be played with (at least not until the party is over!)

DO NOT LEAVE IN UNATTENDED VEHICLE

It is fine to pick up helium balloons from us and take them home in your car, but it is definitely not a good idea to leave them in a hot car for a long time. This is because helium molecules get bigger when they heat up, so if your balloons keep getting hotter, they will eventually pop

KEEP AWAY FROM SHARP OBJECTS

Balloons can be easily punctured so keep them away from sharp objects – not just pins and scissors, but sharp corners on furniture and car doors, and rough areas such as trees and bushes, brick and stone walls. Static can also make balloons burst. If possible don't place them near computers, TVs etc.

KEEP AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT

Keep balloons away from direct sunlight & warm places. Helium expands in warm temperatures, so don't put them in a sunny window on a hot day or near heat sources such as fires, light bulbs, candles and cookers or they will burst.

AVOID VERY LOW TEMPERATURES

Keeping your balloons outdoors in low temperatures or in a cold room can affect the float time. Foil balloons will look deflated in the cold but once brought inside they will go back to normal.

DO NOT RELEASE

Please do not release helium balloons into the environment, dispose of them responsibly.
